REFUNDS POLICY
Deposits
Refundable only if no costs incurred. Non-refundable once materials are purchased or labour is allocated.
Refunds for Completed Work
Refunds may be given only for genuine workmanship defects after we have been given the opportunity to correct the issue.
No refunds for:
• Wear and tear
• Damp or structural issues
• Customer changes of mind
• Third-party interference
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
